Sorry for yet another Tony and Eva thread, but...

I don't know if it was staged or if they actually caught the moment, but they will be showing when Tony surprised Eva the night of the SAG awards. There also looks to be some kind of cute Q&A session between them.

Was anyone else watching this?! Eva just said that she and Tony are building a house together.

I think they bought a house and they are remodeling it or something, right?

Or maybe I'm mixing up stories.

I actually think I'm mixing them up with someone else.

I think you are right -- Tony and Eva bought a lot and are building.

I guess that Tony said he had a surprise for her and she said that she thought it had something to do with the house they are building, but it ended up being him surprising her for the SAG awards.

It was cute couples Q&A with them as well. Damn, I'm jealous of true love.

Considering Eva's parents live in the Stone Oak / Timberwood area I bet they are out that way somewhere. Maybe little farther out. I don't think they would build in Dominion cause it would be a hassle to visit her mother. :)

It wasn't about the Katrina house?

Incidentally, she and Parker told the TV show "Extra" recently that they're building a house together, and, yes, I hear it will be in San Antonio.

Speaking of homes, "Oprah's" Monday show first features a "desperate house makeover" involving Longoria and her parents. Decorator Nate Berkus flew to San Antonio to redo the North Side home of Ella and Enrique Longoria. Afterward, Tony will join Eva on the "Oprah" set.

Someone else in the Spurs organization who I heard was remodeling a home. I won't say who because it's just hearsay.

They (Tony and Eva) also surprised Oprah by donating a check for $50,000 to Oprah's Angel Network for building/renovating homes for Katrina victims.

Tony and Eva are building a house. Eva bought and had Nate Berkus redecorate a house in San Antonio for her parents in the traditional "Mexican hacienda" style. Nate went all over the US and Mexico collecting antiques to furnish the house. It is gorgeous. It was so cute, though, when they showed the house before it was decorated, they were using some really nice patio furniture Eva had bought them as indoor furniture. After they put it out on the patio, they would bring it inside when it was going to rain "to keep it nice". Eva told them to quit bringing the lawn furniture inside, so now her mom just brings in the cushions. :lol Her parents are a delightful couple.

Tony was sooo cute on Oprah. He was so quiet and shy; amazingly, Eva was very subdued and reserved, too. Not at all the way she usually comes across (or the way the media portrays her). I suspect the Eva we saw on Oprah yesterday is the real Eva.

It's okay. You are talking about Oprah. In this thread we were talking about what they said on Access Hollywood ... It was about Tony surprising her at the SAG Awards (thus Angel's post that you quoted) and about building a house together. I was commenting that I heard that they were remodeling not building, but then I corrected myself, saying that I mixed them up with someone.

Anyone know whose house this is?

I actually saw this house while it was under construction a couple of years ago. It's in Shavano Park right off of Military Hwy.

It's freakin' huge from what I can remember.

Yea this is like another golden era really. At least here... look how big the figgin houses are. Not since the plantation days did you see spreads like they have now.

The economy really is smoking hot reguardless of what any opinion says. Not to get political but just in general. There are a LOT of houses like that.

David lives in Dominion and has 3 homes there I think. His parents live in the one he first got I think or one of them.
