NEW: Police find meth lab in 90-year-old woman's home

A San Antonio man was arrested Thursday night, accused of operating a methamphetamine lab in the home of his 90-year-old mother.
Police arrested Joseph West, 45, after finding the meth lab inside the home in the 3000 block of Shady Springs Drive.
Officers said the elderly woman's granddaughter actually discovered the meth lab when she went to check on her grandmother.
This wasn't the first time police reported to the house. Last year, police found another meth lab at the home.
West was taken into custody. The 90-year-old woman is said to be fine.
"Son? What is all that you're doing over there?"
"Don't worry grandma. Its a chemistry project that I'm working on."
