I feel bad for these kids that go to rent movies with their parents. Some of these kids and parents have no idea what movies are about and just randomly pick out anything. There was this young 14 year old girl with her grandparents, and she picked out Wedding Crashers and the 40 Year Old Virgin. The first 10 minutes of Wedding Crashers alone is going to be uncomfortable as fuck if they all watch that together.

Right...it was probably some porno she was smuggling out.

Speaking of which, one of my friends wives let me know that he's into some black and asian porno fettish. She found two shoeboxes worth of shit like "Black Gangbusters 4" hidden in the compartment of his car that is supposed to hold his spare tire. She later checked his laptop and cd's he claimed were back-ups for his comp were all pornos. I didn't see that coming.

There was about a 2-3 minute segment of There's Something About Mary that I was unaware of that made it very uncomfortable to have been watching it with my dad. He was LHFAO, though. :oops :lol

why is that there is nothing wrong with people watching those movies with their grandparents and parents??? Those are freaking funny movies

I don't know what kind of funny stuff goes on at your house, but watching a guy jack off in a flick with my dad sitting right there was very ackward for me. There's just some things in life you just don't want to think about, you know?

Why does everything have to be so baby proofed in america...i mean in europe they are practically making pornos for commercials yet we cant even show a nude scene on public tv or people freak the hell out...its so getting over done

Dude, I don't really care about Europe. There's always going to be something wrong with sitting between your grandparents on the couch and watching Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn nail a montage of chicks, exposed titties and all.

So the hell what...im sure when they were our ages they use to dream about watching stuff like that...i wouldnt care if that was on, just as i dont care now...i dont see the huge problem with it like you baby proofers do

Man, I have to read the majority of your posts 2-3 times just to get something out of them. I don't even attempt them when I've been drinking. They used to dream about watching movies like that when they were in their mid-twenties? I doubt it, living through the whole "free love" thing probably was a better overall experience.

Back on topic, I probably won't be watching Basic Instinct with my 13 year old daughter any time in the future. You know, when I have that daughter of course.

No kidding. I didn't say anything about freaking out about it...it was just ACKWARD, in a walking-in-on-your-parents-in-the-middle-of-a-little-BSDM-role-playing kind of way.

You people ever realize that the most entertaining and funniest movies get rated horribly. I can sit in front of cheesy sci-fi flicks and 1 star movies and not get bored.

Nah, that was just off the top of my head. :angel

My parent's were super-prudes. Which is probably the exact reason why it was so ackward. I kept waiting for my dad to be mortified, but was quite surprised that he was laughing so hard.
