And it just amazes me how good Duncan really is. He creates for himself, he creates for his teammates, and his D is out of this world as well. Manu and Parker were both great, and Bones excelled at the right pace. Horry managed to knock down a couple of big 3s (including one in Game 4, which the Spurs lost).
Nash was great as well, the way he found open shooter after open shooter, it's like the guy has eyes all over his head. And sometimes, he just makes the most incredible passes. He creates so much for Amare, and there is just no question that Amare will not be a 40ppg guy, or even a 26ppg guy w/o Nash. Amare is just terrible defensively (Duncan was just destroying him down at the block), and his offense are mostly open jumpers when people leave him open and double nash on the pick and roll and fastbreak dunks. He's a great finisher, but he is not a good creator.
That was quite a fun series to watch.
