Wow Mike williams really sucks. He fails to box out a freshman then gives up a frustration foul. AJ Abrams > Mike Williams. What a bust.

Bo you are such a douche....Mike is aiight...he is just having a bad game. HowEVA...AJ abrams is lookin better and better every game. I say next year he becomes our long lost point guard. He is capable of hitting jumpers, he just does not have the confidence to sink them...at least not YET.
AJ is the shit now.

As much of a "Texas Homer" as I am, even I have to admit that Texas is not worthy of their no. 7 seed (I said they werent worthy of their preseason ranking either for bball)

Either they are totally overrated or the Big Twelve is back with a vengance.....these Big Twelve teams are veryy veryy competitive and balanced. Big Twelve Bball fucking rules, nothing beats it. Fuck those conservative conferences, this is where it's at.

bitches

the non-texas supporters are sub-consciously indirect texas supporters because you assume they are so bad ass they're supposed to roll over every conference opponent
(recall the texas/texas a&m game fball)

I think Texas should beat Kansas though. They will step up and plus the game is in Austin.

SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! We really should have lost that game, K State had every chance in the world down the stretch to win that one, but we somehow managed to pull out the W. One thing about this team, also wondering if anyone else has noticed this, is that our offense/ball movement sucks! As soon as we bring the ball across half-court, teams have figured out that if they pressure the ball handler (Paulino, Gibson, Abrams, PJ) and the passing lanes, we have big time difficulty getting into our offense. This was really evident in the 2nd half, too many possessions where we were struggling to get off a bad shot with under 10 seconds remaining on the shot clock. We have to get better with our offensive sets to make any kind of run in the tournament. I like our defense, like the rebounding (still need some work controlling the offensive boards), but our offensive sets are marginal at best right now. I hope Barnes takes a look at that before Kansas on Saturday, very tough game coming up. :depressed

Texas has a really good shot at beating KU at Austin. IF they were playing in Lawrence this season I'd be certain that UT would blow it.

There is no way I am only down 3 mil. I bet 7 mil on Duke and 5 mil on Texas the other day. That is 12 mil lost. Plus I only won 1 bet out of all of them of the all-star games.

Got eaten alive by the College games, 6 bets, lost them all and went from 12 mil to 500 thousand...easy come easy go. :)

Yeah, it's a good victory, but that was before Kansas really hit their stride. Only the third game of the season for a young ass team. They are 17-2 in their last 19 games. That said, I expect Texas to win a close game because it is at Texas. If it were at Kansas I would expect the opposite.
