Real Madrid has completed its roster for the Top 16 by adding shooting guard Alex Scales, who signed a contract for the remainder of the season. Scales (192, 27) arrives from the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA, where he just played one game. He helped the Sharks to reach the Chinese League finals in 2003 and also played the NBDL finals with the Huntsville Flight in 2004. Scales has also played for the United States national team in the Tournament of the Americas last summer, averaging 10.3 points in 9 games.

A little odd there's no mention of his stint on the Toros. I guess it was a bit forgettable - he was a largely failed experiment at backup point. He'll make another good undersized Euro 2.
