I'm not sure that going from 10ppg/6apg to 14ppg/4apg is enough to be MIP.

TJ Ford can be an outsider too but it's highly unlikely he gets it.

Parker can't win MIP simply because he was good last year too. I think his fellow countryman has a good chance of winning the award though :)

I don't think you can give MIP to somebody who didn't play the year before.
