The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed guard/forward Stephen Graham for the remainder of the season, Cavaliers General Manager Danny Ferry announced today.

The Cavaliers also announced that they have waived forward Lee Nailon. Nailon was acquired on Feb. 23 from the Philadelphia 76ers

Weird. I thought they waived Graham just right after the trade deadline?

It was just before the deadline to free a roster spot for Nailon. They did the Nailon trade to get a second round draft pick, not to get Nailon.
He was on a 10 days contract => it wasn't a big deal to waive him.

Hmm, I wouldn't mind of the Spurs picked up Nailon just to have some more offense off the bench.

He can score, but if Mo Cheeks won't give him minutes then I highly doubt that Greg Popovich would.
