Use the "Open URL" function in Windows Media Player and paste in the following:

Heh.. actually, you can find it within the page's code if you're a DIY person.

If you use FireFox, you can use the "View Frame Source" function to get it.

1. Right click on the portion of the page containing the 'media player'
2. In the menu, select "This Frame" -> "View Frame Source"
3. Run a search for: name="FileName"
4. Immediately following this, you will see something like: VALUE="xxxxx"
5. "xxxxx" (without the surrounding double quotes) is your link.

These instructions are specific to WOAI, there may be additional steps for other sites, but they will all be similar this one.
