first off, what is he thinking? Tony Parker at 6, :rollin that is funny. My biggest problem with this list is guys like jefferson and glenn robinson over artest...I don't think so Tex. And Kukoc making the list at #9, maybe in 1996 but not now. The only thing I can agree with him on is at the center position, but that's pretty easy to rank. I like how he has Tinsley as a comer, i hate how everyone keeps trashing tins.

At times, Winter thinks like legendary cartoonist Tex Avery.

But Parker ranked at sixth? No. I agree with you and that he should be lower on that list. He's over rated and inconsistant. Tins is at times insconsistant, but I think that Anderson will help him correct things along with Carlisle.

Jefferson is up-incoming so I will give ol Tex some slack there but putting Robinson over Artest is a travesty.

The only reason he put Kukoc that far up is because of the old Bulls connection.

I wouldn't rank Parker at 6 either, maybe 8 or 9 at best. Winter witnessed Parker slice through Fisher and Pargo like butter in the Laker playoff loss to the Spurs and reg. season last year, so perhaps that had something to do with it.

Payton's not quite that good any more (2) but he may re-emerge as a primetime PG this season with his surrounding cast.

I didn't see Payton ranked at #2 the 1st time I looked at it, and i agree with you. I'd take marbury or nash over GP anyday.
