I hope we win as much as the next Spurs fan, but I honestly can't say I'm confident we will win, a close game would be great because I couldnt stand 2 blowouts at the hands of the Mavs. This game comes after a couple of days off so hopefully Tim can get rested up and put it to the Mavs.

ugh....spurs win would be huge...it would be just what this team and this season needs.

I'd sure like to see Oberto get some minutes against Dirk.

In that case, Mavs by 15.

If Dirk shoots below 50 percent we will win this game.

If his 18-20 foot jump shot doesn't fall and we get clean boards this one could get ugly for the Mavs.

Finley looked comfortable against the Knicks - let's see if that carries over against his former team.

I'm predicting Manu to have a great game and I think Tim will show up offensively for this one.

The regular season doesn't really get any better than this game.

P.S. Spurs win by 8+

Spurs will win by at least 6 points. Book it. This game has Manu written all over it.

In other words you lose and the Mavs win by 16 if you didn't get it..

Yeah because we are having a terrible season. Such a disappointment.

Did anyone notice that Dirk went down for a while last night with a sprained ankle. He came back into the game, but you have to wonder how sore it may still be Thursday night. After watching him bent over in obvious pain for several minutes last night, I really look for Dirk to have a so-so game come Thursday.

I mean after all if you put Bowen on him, and everyone knows Bowen tries to make other players come down on his foot and sprain their ankles, Dirk will have to be apprehensive at best. And an apprehensive player won't give you his best game.

P.S. The part about Bowen was from some article a few days back, not my opinion of him..

"Maggots" would work much better as a deragatory term for the Nuggets, but oh, well.

I gotta agree with some of you, Spurs by 6... If they all get going, it's gonna be a good game.. Hopefully Finley and NVE can put up some good shots as well

Ummm, we've already lost twice to the Mavs, and it would be highly un-spur like to lose a third time, howEVA

the mavs are playing good ball.

Howard still out? That'll definitely be a factor. He plays good D against us.

Ok how about this? We have absolutely no chance of winning this year.

Yea right, no real fan would say that of a top 5 NBA team ever!
