Its one of those slapstick things. It kind of imitates Duncan's eeyore-esque public persona. I like Duncan, and its not overly antagonistic, so its a nice laugh. Plus it makes fun of Spurs fans and I had a bad experience with some very unclassy Spurs fans outside the stadium after game 6 of the 03 WCF.

Someone posted the Spursreport rankings of teams in the NBA and then someone called whoever made the rankings a jackhole and it was searched on google and that's what came up. Then someone asked someone else to make it into a Spurs player and that's how it came about.
