Just being a starter isn't enough reward for his contribution tonight. Nazr was a key factor in this game. He got the crowd into the game in the third with his dunks and offense, plus there were no free passes to the basket for layups with him in there.

"Ohhhh, Mohammed with the FACIAL!!!"

If we were allowed to post gifs, I would post that NASTY NAZR facial.

I think he stuffed the ball into Dirk's mouthpiece.

Hes finally catching on to that defense thing.

Scary.

Too bad this just way ups his price this summer even more past the Spurs paying point.

Now that's how a starting center should play. I don't care what his stats were. The Spurs need that intensity up front.

Man the Spurs saved so much money by giving him the first two-thirds of the season off. He could have averaged 11 and 9 if he started the whole year. Luckily, Pop had a masterplan.

Nazr starting the whole year probably gets $60M+
Nazr starting one-third of the year probably gets $25-30M

Nicely played.

I set the DVR to record it because I wasn't sure when I was going to be home last night ... we had to watch those dunks a few times. Those were just frickin' awesome. :)
