We have a lot of custom avatars made for your convenience. However, we are aware that there may be problem if your photo is to big when you try to upload a photo to make your own avatar. We are finding out how to change that from vBulletin support. If you need the photo re-sized and can't do it yourself, let us know in this thread and we'll do it for you.

We will be re-doing the FSP front page as well as adding a chat room within upcoming days.

vBulletin is very customizable, so if you have any suggestions, make them and we'll see what we can do.

I like the new forum. I just have one minor concern: I just posted over in the political forum and I noticed my post count is starting at 1. My total post count from the old forum was 580 between my two accounts.

FWIW: I have no writing ambitions. I served my time as a journalist, and have moved on into the wonderful world of outside sales. I still write from time to time to keep it up, and will probably submit some to you guys as the season goes out - although it is completely dependant on my job slowing down a tad.

I answered Hal's question, but I'll do it for you again. :) Any private forums are here, they are just invisible. We have to add the users to the user list and you have to be registered to do so. Therefore, later today or tonight, we'll input all the users for those forums that have registered. We couldn't do it beforehand because no one had registered yet.

Just hit the insert image button. It's right above this box (it's the yellow and gray one) then put the URL then hit the button again (or push Close Current Tag).

if you want more to use it for more info that is not "spurs related"
you need to make it easy for people

however you get to many links on top it gets to busy

Redeye, if you go into your Control Panel, there is a link for avatars. It has to be a certain size, IIRC, but you can either host it or upload it, it seems.
