The reason I'm asking is because one of our clients is sending me one for free. So I want to know what its worth.

Thanks.

About 250 I think. Check out Bestbuy or some other electronics/media store.

I bought a DS for my daughter when they first came out, whished I would've waited for the PSP. The graphics are great.

It's not a bad option. The other option would be to not be able to watch DVD's at all, for example the Nintendo DS.

What's better?

Not only that but if you have a large enough memory stick you can just convert your DVD movies and store them on the card, and memory for those things is getting larger and larger and cheaper and cheaper.

Keep it. You'll love being able to catch movies in doctor's offices and places like that.

No, I'm just saying they should've just stuck to the DVD format, instead of introducing ANOTHER media type. Remember MiniDiscs and Beta, Sony? :lol

I'd rather not pay MORE for a movie that ONLY plays on a portable.

Funny ... we were comparing prices on PSP movies v. regular DVD's, and 9 times out of 10 the PSP movies cost more. I guess it's a good feature, if you like watching movies on that tiny of a screen.

It's all Greek to me, though....I do like the Nintendogs games my son has, they are really cute. :)

I guess if I traveled alot or something, MAYBE I'd consider buying PSP movies, but I'd rather just have a separate slim player for that. The PSP reminds me to much of the jaggy PS1 graphics, I'd rather step down a notch and go with the DS, at least the games are innovative.

I bought a DS and a portable DVD player for less than the price of a PSP.

I love my PSP, fits nicely in my purse and is handy to kill time whenever I get bored. Standing in line at the DMV, for example, I was playing games while other people were counting tiles in the ceiling.

the PSP games just hurt my eyes. Too bad Microsoft doesn't come out with a portable Xbox, but then again it'd probably weigh 10lbs and have to be hooked up to a car battery. :depressed

ds has some great games. mario kart ds is incredible but gives me carpal tunnel. castlevania ds is awesome, and they are coming out with a new 2d mario platformer. plus metroid prime: hunters is gonna be great - full wireless multiplayer...

Me neither, I'd like a iPod type device for my car. I'm planning on going disc-less, tape-less, everything-less for my car stereo. I just want a huge HD based system.

I would never watch movies on a portable device of any kind. I rarely even watch movies on my 65" TV.

Does it show Track names on the receiver?

How's the sound quality?

Can you put a regular CD in the receiver(not mp3)?
