The Quattro was a big part of the reason the server was slow during the playoffs. This forum software recommends you don't let threads get over 2,000 posts. The Quattro was over 60K.

So we might bring it back but we might not.

I think its pointless to bring it back, but was horrible timing to kill it before game 7.

If we didn't kill it then the forum would have been inoperable.

We took it out and moved the server, and then the forum stayed up fine with over 1000 people online. It would have never lasted with The Quattro up. I figured the forum was greater than the Quattro. And actually I'm kind of tired of people bitching about it.

Im not bitching, I'm glad its gone now. Just bad timing. It was the men's version of spurs mojo. Mojo so great it rendered the forum inoperable.

I try to bitch as little as possible just because I understand the forum is more important than that thread. It just kind of sucks but fuck, forum life goes on.

There's a way to bring it back, but it won't be in it's original form. It would be broken into pieces. Every certain amount of posts (say 4000) it would automatically start a new thread, linking to the prior one.

I think it's a huge hassle to do, but Slomo says they can do it. To me, it's just not a top priority right this second.
