...for those smarter than me. How do you change a page border margin? Word automatically sets it at .25" all the way around and I can't find a way to change that, or to make the printer print outside of the .5" bottom margin. Help!

"File > Page Setup > Margins"

Thanks Shoog, but that changes the page margins, not the page border margins. Anyone else?

Try going to layout in page setup and select borders. Under page border, select options and change the margins, measuring from the edge of the page. Try changing the top and bottom margins to 1pt and the left and right margins to 4pt.

Okay Slayer, that allowed me to change my border, thanks! But, I'm still having my same original problem. When I go to print with the page border, the bottom line will not print. I'm only able to change it to 31pt, and I think that's still not .5" from the bottom of the page. Any ideas?

ETA: we might be working with different versions also. The Page Border is available under Format>Borders and Shading rather than Page Set-up.
