Ian has a long ways to go to become Dennis Rodman. The guy is still a minimum 2 years away from the NBA. Hopefully it refers to the rebounding and defense and not cross dressing, and taking your shoes off durring a playoff game.

19 years old. When he starts changing games in crunch time, then we will know if he's anything special.

Ian Mahinmi (born November 5, 1986 in Rouen, France to a Beninese father and Jamaican mother) is a French basketball player. He was selected 28th overall in the 2005 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs. He is often compared to former NBA forward Wilt Chamberlain, and many expect him to exceed Tim Duncan's achievements. Some further speculate that he might become Tim Duncan's eventual replacement and the future face of the Spurs franchise.
