Young guard Melvin Sanders will be with the Spurs for the rest of the season, according to a report on the Spurs' pregame broadcast on WOAI. Sanders has seen action in 10 games for the Spurs this season and had been with the team on a 10-game contract. The Spurs were set to take on the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday night in Portland, Ore.
