So I decided I should lose a couple pounds just to get to where I'm most comfortable, and decided that I should start South Beach and go a few days just to jump start it. I was great most of the day. I stopped by my parents house to watch the Mavs game with my dad for a little bit...and while I was there ate two poptarts and a hoho. Self control is a funny thing.

Eh...diets suck. Just eat healthy and in portions. However, I would say that a hoho is pretty healthy but that's just me :lol

Well in all honesty I'd be fine staying like this....I'm not even trying to lose enough that other people will be able to tell. But I'd feel better I think.

Don't worry about how much you weigh; that's usually just a number.

Focus on health and fitness.

Forget dieting; start an exercise routine.

Looks like pop tart do a body good.

In all seriousness, if you're happy with yourself, don't worry about it.

If you're happy and you know it
show your breasts
If you're happy and you know it
show your breasts
If you're happy and you know it
then your BRAVATAR will show it

I get plenty of exercise, I'm a running addict...the problem is eating like crap. :lol I've never had to worry about it but I know it'll eventually catch up with me!

dude - if you loose weight that you don;t really need to loose anyway - you might loose your boobage. :oops.
& not in a good way - the insides would shrink, but not the skin. we all know what effect that creates :depressed.
take a word of wisdom from my mom. :tu you look great.

Diets are for losers!

Concentrate on eating whatever you like in small portions and try to walk more. Oh, and I try not to eat anything after 7pm. That's how I lost 12 pounds in 30 days...

Eat healthy for the sake of eating healthy, not to control weight. Especially in this case. Girl has nothing to worry about.

I'm 20, 21 in July....and yeah I'm already divorced, but no, it wasn't a spur of the moment thing. I dated him for three years...most of high school...before we got married.

I don't think I'm fat...You're not fat when you can easily be picked up and basically tossed around (yeah, people do it, curse of being "little" :lol ) But I'm fatTER than I once was.:)

Really, the point of this thread is just that I have no self control whatsoever. :oops :lol
