The more I think about it, we really didn't deserve to win it. This game was over when Bruce kicked Ray Allen in the back. That's dirty basketball, that's Nuggets basketball.

its not in the original post but it always comes up when the spurs play the nuggets. And in this post, it was implied that the Nuggets play dirty ( which isnt true but i know Spurs fans like to blame everyone else when they lose)

they got beat again for the 2nd time in a row and whined about the Nuggets being thugs

they only look like thugs compared to the Spurs panzi frontcourt who are more scared about breaking a nail than going for a rebound

Looks like the mavs and spurs are tied again. Both teams lost heartbreakers. The spurs aren't invincible after all. The mavs have had a lot of injuries lately but are still tied with the spurs. We might even get Howard back on Tuesday and possibly get the 1 seed still.

I was a little surprised when Bruce kicked Allen, but then again, if I'd been clubbed by Allen immediately beforehand,too, I'd probably have done the same thing. Either that or bitch slapped him. Just gives him another reason to whine some more. And while Horry should have called a time out at :13, he was clearly pushed out of bounds. I normally don't bother with complaining about the officiating, but when bad calls determine the outcome of a game I really find it hard to swallow. It reminded me of that Spurs-Dallas game earlier in the year when Tim was also pushed out of bounds but the ball went to the Mavs with just enough time left for them to have another shot at winning. I honestly think there are times when instant replay for the officials would be a good thing. Even ESPN said it was one of the worst calls they'd ever seen. Anyone know if they made any comments tonight? I've been too annoyed to wait for the few seconds of coverage the Spurs usually get.
