hey now I'll be hearing that the leauge approve that Bowen's behavior. That he is on the court just because he want to injure other players. That's why they are not playing up to their potential cause they are afraid to get injured.
Bowen doesn't respect others. He is an idiot, and a retard.
The leauge is stupid just to give him the fine they should susspend him!

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- San Antonio Spurs forward Bruce Bowen was fined $10,000 by the NBA for kicking Seattle's Ray Allen in the back during a 106-102 loss to the SuperSonics on Sunday night.

The fine was announced Tuesday by Stu Jackson, the NBA's senior vice president of basketball operations.

"It is what it is. I was wrong for what I did," Bowen said before the Spurs played the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night. "The league has a decision on that. I have to deal with the consequences of my actions, and I do. I accept the consequences that come."

Bowen kicked Allen in the back while the two were laying on the floor. Bowen was called for a technical, while Allen had to be restrained by Seattle's Robert Swift and San Antonio's Nazr Mohammed.

"It's just dirty basketball. It's plain, outright, dirty basketball," Allen said following the game. "You guys have chronicled our battles over the last couple of years and I don't mind the competition, someone going at me on both ends of the floor. ... But when guys start throwing elbows and kick you when you're down, that's dirty basketball and I don't respect guys like that."

Afterward, Bowen was apologetic, admitting it was a mistake.

"I did what I did and I'm sorry for that," he said.

=======================================

And, of course, Allen is an :angel who NEVER incites anything. Bruce was wrong and he admitted it.
