Here's a link to a story about Longhorns possibly going pro. Link (http://www.statesman.com/sports/content/sports/stories/longhorns/03/27bohls.html)
You might need a subscription to the site, so if anyone wants me to post the whole thing, say the word, but here is an interesting portion.

It promises to be a very fluid situation maybe up until April 29 — the deadline for declaring — but the bet today is that Aldridge leaves for the pros and Tucker will seriously weigh those options and at least test those waters. The Spurs and Bulls have both expressed interest in him.

Tucker's situation is trickier. He's an undersized 6-5 small forward, but he plays more like a power forward who is always trying to get to the basket. He improved his mid-range jumper but needs to increase that range and hone that shot. No one brings more intensity each and every game than Tucker, who rebounds and plays so much bigger than his height.
True, he needs to work on his outside shot. He needs to learn how to make the 3s as well.

No, they have expressed interest in PJ. Personally, I think he would be a solid addition, as a late first round pick. I think he should stay and improve his shot, defense, and dribbling.

I think both guys need to stay, look at the last 2 Horns to leave school early. Chris Mihm- could have used one more year in college, has been a major bust. TJ Ford- it is still to early to judge him.

But one more year in college would not hurt too much.

Oh ok. Either way, it would be sweet for a UT player to be on the Spurs.

Man if PJ Tucker declares I will be so fuckign pissed off. If he declares and gets an agent and voids his eligibility, I will be ridiculously pissed off.

that would be great if we picked up PJ, but I think the spurs have been concentrating overseas. The last 3 or 4 years, nearly all of our picks were foreigners.

He could still get drafted this season though thats what sucks.

He's probably not as good of a three point shooter as LJ is but he's very strong, and has huthle.
