The San Antonio Spurs lost purposly top the Sacramento Kings. They don't want to play them in the first round due to their banging nature. It is not out of fear that they would lose, just the fact that it would be a brutal series to go through in the first round. I mean the last thing we need as most of our stars are already banged up is to go through something like that!
I mean believe what you want about teams throwing games, IT HAPPENS all the TIME! If you were head coach of the Spurs and had the power to choose who you would want to play would you choose Kings or Lakers?
Enough Said!

So why did we play Denver in the first round last year? They bang around more than any team I have ever seen. We could have just lost some games on purpose.
That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Frame 462. As Duncan bricks his fade away watch closely as he goes back and to the left...back and to the left...back and to the left...back and to the left...

The Spurs lost to the Kings because:

1. The Spurs suck on Back to Backs
2. The Spurs REALLY suck on Back to Backs when they travel from Western Time Zones

The Magic Ball. That's some ball. Anyone who's been in sports can tell you never in the history of basketball has there been a ball like this.

Lets see. Who did we face early in the playoffs last year? *Thinking hard* ughgh That would be Denver and Seattle. Lets just say they have more of a "banging nature" than the Queens.

That's retarded. I almost said you're retarded, but I realized that that could be taken offensively if in fact you actually are retarded.

The Kings are apparently onto the gamesmanship by the Spurs and have intentionally lost a game back. How will the Spurs respond? :lol

I was thinking about starting a "Kings lost purposely to Suns" thread last nite

The Spurs also have the uncanny ability to determine how many of the remamining games the Kings will win. After all, we wouldnt want to throw a game and then have those rascals lose a few at the end to drop back to 8th
