not a good move betting on the Nugs

refs have already screwed them out of game 2......

clips get away with murder and melo gets called for 2 cheap fouls in the first 4 minutes.......

ummmmmm no but when they take your #1 player from the game in the first 4 minutes, it will affect the team....

they still played like crap but Brand being treated like Kobe and Melo gettng shafted by 3 fouls in 6minutes in the 1st half wont help

if you think wouldnt be annoyed if TD or TP got 3 fouls in 6minutes, your kidding yourself

cough..
Game 3 of the last year first round : Spurs win 86-78 @ Denver and Duncan grab 3 fouls in 5:15 min in the first half.
...cough

I don't say it doesn't hurt a team to have its best player in foul trouble but you must be able to play well when you face it.

yeh but the Nuggets arent the Spurs........so it obviously is going to hurt the Nuggets more when Melo is out.....

anyway its only 2 games now......the series hasnt even started till a team wins on the road....... and if the Nugs can win the next 2, then its game on

Guys, Denver is an 8th seed. Looks like someone should've peaked at the standings before they bet on this series.

I remember I had an 8th seed left over after I had planted the previous seven. I decided to plant it, and I was surprised with a huge beanstalk that grew past the clouds. It was amazing...I climbed up it and commenced to bombard people with turds. It was a fantastic moment in my life. So an 8th seed may have hidden secrets...never give up on it! :elephant

These ain't your daddy's Clippers. And had I been logged on when the VBookies were posted, I would've gladly bet ALL of my VBookie cash on the Clippers, because the minute I heard about Sam Cassell being traded to the Clippers during the off-season is the minute I had a hunch that this was the season for the Clippers. Of course, looking at last year's regular season records in comparison with the Lakers is another thing that hinted that the Clippers were getting ready to take over Los Angeles.

Looks like lots of money was wasted on Denver. :lol

Clippers owned the Nuggets. Should of been a sweep but due to 24 turnovers in game 3 and barely losing, the series went 5 games.
