And had I been logged on when the VBookies were posted, I would've gladly bet ALL of my VBookie cash on the Clippers, because the minute I heard about Sam Cassell being traded to the Clippers during the off-season is the minute I had a hunch that this was the season for the Clippers. Of course, looking at last year's regular season records in comparison with the Lakers is another thing that hinted that the Clippers were getting ready to take over Los Angeles.

Clippers owned the Nuggets. Should of been a sweep but due to 24 turnovers in game 3 and barely losing, the series went 5 games.
