hey is the game chat still working? the game would start at 5:30 am here and its already 1:13 so i guess i won't sleep... and im not even sure if the game would be aired (i sure hope so, i was able to watch all spurs playoffs game last year)).

game chat would be my contingency plan to stay awake until the game is over

LJ is working on a new chatroom right now. Hopefully it will be ready in time.

If not, you can chat in the game blog.

That's the old chatroom - which uses too many system resources. We are buying/installing a new chat software and LJ is working on integrating it into vBulletin right now.

I'll do some play by play for those who can't see the game if you get a chat going, it won't be the best but it'll be little stuff :P

So does that mean, we will be chatting through the site like old times?

Okay, the vBulletin integration isn't 100% complete yet but you can click on the 'chatroom' link on the navigation bar above. By game two, it'll be fully integrated and it'll log you into the chatroom automatically when you click on the link. For now you still have to sign in.

Hopefully by the next game, the software company completes the integration so it just automatically logs you in and other stuff.

In the meantime, I don't want to hear any whining about it. :)
