I stopped reading when I got to this part:

because I knew I could not take anything else in the article seriously so what was the point?

Whoever wrote it is obviously a Los Angeles homer, but making a case for Kobe being the best player in the league is hardly a stretch or a ridiculous comment.

Guy says healthy Duncan & Shaq are still best in the league; also major props to Brand. He has a REAL big-man jones going. Also is big on coaches in the playoffs; probably why he picks the Spurs; not given Flip much credit, or the Pistons much run.
