I think with the late round draft picks the cowboys should go after Marcus Vick or Reggie McNeal these are quarterbacks who could equal the future for the team. Both are projected to go in the later rounds and both are mobile quarterbacks, Marcus of course has the shadow of his older brother Mike and has a history of bad mistakes but i mean i think he will clean up his act for the nfl if the right coach is coaching him...and reggie is a pretty good quarterback who didnt have a team to play with.....strong arm and primarily a pocket passer, but can scramble....what do yall think

Marcus Vick passing to Terrell Owens. Yeah, that'll work.

I think Reggie McNeal has potential in the NFL though too he would be a great pickup for the cowboys

It's definitely not a bad idea, particularly because I'm just not sold on either Romo or Henson being our future QB. I could be wrong, but I need to see something out of those guys in the pre-season. Myself, I would take McNeal over Marcus, think he has a better arm and is a little more stable upstairs, if you know what I mean.

true i have to say the same thing and the fact that mcneal is a pocket passer not necessarily a mobile quarterback would make things great for receivers such as TO....Romo or Hensen havent shown me shit either....i think either one of the 2 picks show great potential

If either of those guys are fortunate to be on an NFL roster come September, it won't be as a backup QB.

Marcus Vick is a complete utter bafoon and potential cancer.

I wouldn't draft him if you paid me to.

Werd. Isn't it about time the Cowboys stopped having to gamble on QB? Their luck hasn't been very good since that 10th round draft pick from Navy.

According to the Express News.....Dallas is one of the teams looking at McNeal. I think its a good idea.

Ditto he will be out of the NFL in two years.

I'd put an under on that. Wait until he gets his signing bonus in the bank.

i still think McNeal would be a solid draft pick for the cowboys, I am a Diehard Longhorn fan but i know mcneal has some skill he just didnt have a team to play for this year.....and they forced the option on him...he said it himself he isn't an option running quarterback

How have Romo or Henson not shown you anything? That haven't shown you they can be the future - but they haven't shown you that they can't, either. If anything, they're complete unknowns right now.

Henson Choked In His Only Start, And He's Doing Alright In Europe Right Now....however The Coaches Know More Than We Do On Them And Obviously They Havent Shown Enough To Gain Their Confidence......romo Has Shown Some Promise But His Talent Is Still Too Raw

Barrick Nealy.

I think this guy is the classic 'sleeper' pick.

Excellent upside potential.

People started to take notice because of his performance against Aggsy last year.

Henson isn't even the full-time qb in europe

and romo is a good solid 3rd stringer

Henson's gonna be another Chad Hutchinson.

Oh Yeah The Texas State Quarterback He Would Be A Nice Investment I Dont Think He Would Let Them Down As Long As He Gave It His All

NFL Europe frequently rotates players in and out, so saying he's not a full-time starter is a irrelevant argument.

And he choked in the only game he's played professionally, so he's a bust? It's a good thing most NFL players aren't gauged on their first ever game - because there would be a hell of a lot of players that never amounted to anything.

And the Cowboys turned down a 3rd rounder for Tony Romo, so there's obviously something there.
