without beno, kings wouldve had a 15pt lead and we wouldve lost the game, when our backcourt didnt even bothered showin up

But, had he made all those shots he tried to make we would have won. But no one was on tonight. So I can't blame him. And did he have white shoes? Or were they just a little more white than the rest? I just notice that kind of stuff.

Beno was the man. I was throughly impressed.

They definately can use him as the true second string PG next year.

Too bad he couldn't nail just one of those threes.

"But no one was on tonight"

Spurs FG 46% vs 43%

but Spurs lost FT -8 pts, -6 RBs,

Tim had a huge game, totally wasted. It seems like when he manages a huge, MVP game, the Spurs lose.

Beno didn't have a single turnover tonight. Just so everyone is clear on that.

How many times did the Kings pressure the backcourt??

Just curious.

Props to Beno for a solid first half.

Would've been nice if he could've bagged one of those shots in the 4th quarter.

I thought Beno played really well. I loved that he came in and took it right to the basket. He was the best point guard on the Spurs last night.

If Parker and Van Exel can't get it done, I wouldn't mind more of Beno in Game 4.

Beno played well, however, he is not in the same league as Manu. Manu is a freaking awesome player who showed that he is human last game. I wish Pop would have recognized Manu's bad night and called a diff play, but here we are. Manu will not have another game like last night, i assure you. You don't dump a superstar like Manu over one game. You just might find he is the key to the next game and everyone will be singing his praises again.

Beno played well the first half. He didn't do anything the second half.

ALL all we need him to do is come out like stephon marbury and claim himself i am the best PG in the league :D

Those guys play well together often. It is the main reason I am OK with Rasho coming off the bench.

As for Beno, he has impressed me this season. He has been ready whenever his name has been called, even if he hasn't played much lately. He has come into games and not been afraid or hesitant. I still can understand, though, why Pop goes with NVE before him- I mean, it's NVE after all. When Nick is on, he is a potent weapon. Pop has shown that when Nick is not on, then he will use Beno, and that makes sense to me.
