Actually I'm the anti-establishment guy at work, which is what made it so surprising. But apparently (from the review) every client we have that I have worked with told either my boss, my boss's boss, or in at least 2 cases - our CEO, that they needed to make sure they held on to me.

I think it's mission accomplished on that front. I had to say something somewhere, this all came out of left field (our company is notorious for slow-playing people on their raises), though I did get moved over to work on our highest profile/biggest contract two weeks ago, so it makes a little sense I guess...

TD - I do training, project management, client maintenance, and custom programming for a software company out of Dallas. I go out and train clients on our software, do gap analysis on their business processes, write up enhancement requests they want, generate custom reports (queries) that the clients want to run periodically, show up and make them feel like we're taking care of them, etc.
