Yea, unfortunately it happens every year. Sixers blew us out in game 3 last year as well. They need that wake up game every series.

Doesn't help that the Bucks are on fire.

T Park

I hear ya.

Same with the Spurs.

Dont know what it is with either team that they need an asswhooping to wake em up

Yes, just like the Spurs. Pistons and the Spurs are the class of the league, but guess what... they can have bad nights and other teams can muster an unreal game.

Just as the Spurs will bounce back, the Pistons will come back and overcome this loss... if they lose. I see a repeat of last years finals.. hopefully with the same outcome :lol

Yeah hopefully.

As you hope, wouldn't hurt to pray.

With Rip hurt we are helpless against Redd. He's the only guy that can guard him with that quick release.

Pistons got their asses kicked. Bucks shot the ball extremely well. Pistons defense was not there tonight. Very poor effort by the Pistons. Really great shooting by the Bucks.

"Overrated" and "Detroit Sucks" from the crowd. Guess they forgot they have to face the Pistons again in 48 hours. Oh well. Could see this one coming from a mile away.

Maybe you could see this coming from a mile away, but even if I think the Pistons might lose, I don't expect them to get blown out by 20+ pts, allowing the other team to shoot 60% from the field. I didn't see that coming from a mile away at all.

I love the underdog in other series which is why I am so pleased for the Bucks.

However, as with the Spurs, I believe the Pistons over all victory was just postponed a game.

Be happy again Piston :)

The Pistons probably needed a lesson at this point in the playoffs. As much as they've improved this year, they can't win a championship with their offense.

Marklar MM
04-29-2006, 10:05 PM
Hell. I am starting to think they just gave em the game to make it interesting for themselves. :) (Or they wanted to make the Wings feel better.) But hey, what about dem Tigers.

34 assists by the Bucks! :wow

Bucks scored 30 or more points in 3 of the 4 quarters.

Uh, they shot like 60 something percent. Plenty of opportunities for assists.

Ok, lol, you're right. I didn't see the details of this loss, no. I didn't expect them to give up 60% from the field or to lose by 20. I'm just saying that it didn't terribly concern me nor surprise me that they lost. Maybe it's naive that a playoff loss doesn't bother me, but this one doesn't scare me too much.

Everytime I watch Redd, I'm even more impressed than the last time.

His turnaround jumpers are a thing to watch, just like Ray Allen.

Spurs and Pistons will take game 4.

That's a keeper.

Trivia for everybody who picked 4-0: when was the last time the Pistons swept a playoff series (from the winning side, not the losing one)?

Technically in '90 when they took three straight from the Pacers in the first round, but the last four game sweep was against the Lakers in '89.
