They had Asteroids as well as many more but the Asteroids screencap was kind of difficult to discern.

I had the Atari and the Intellivision with about 5 shoe boxes full of games. The Intellevision had the best games, but the damn controllers would always break after about 6 months. And it's not like today where you can just walk into wal-mart and buy another one. Damn things were wired into the unit. You had to convince your parents to order another circuit sheet that went inside of it, and wait about 6 weeks to get it. But that's when the Atari unit came in handy. Emergency backup.

I wonder if you could even get a ten year old to play Pong these days. They'd be like: :wtf :pctoss

We used to hang out at the skating rink because they had all the cool games (and the cute guys). Man I loved the 70's

Talk about memories, when you mention the skating rink. When I went through basic training in the Air Force my barracks was near an on-base skating rink. Of course, I didn't get to go as I was in basic but we could hear the music being played when it was lights out.

Two of the songs I remember them playing:

"i Write the Songs" by Barry Manilow

and

"All By Myself" by Eric Carmen

Of course we were too cool to admit liking that stuff but I have to admit I could probably sing those songs today without looking at a lyric sheet or even hearing them played. :lol
