That's amazing.

The most I've ever spent on a pair of tickets was $600, and that took a lot of soul searching for me to do because I'm what's known in some circles as a "tightwad".

But it was worth it. The Spurs won and I had a great view of the accion.

I would buy the tickets right now, but I'll be damned if I'm paying a $1.75 ticket validation fee.

Fuck that. No deal.

I spent $800 for 2 tickets to the NFC Championship in Seattle. That's the most I've ever spent for a single sporting event.

I sat courtside in Sacramento for $800. Heck, if you add my flight, car rental, parking at the airport, food, shopping, hotel AND game ticket, I could do that trip 8 times for the cost of that one $11k ticket.

Leave out the shopping and I might believe you. :lol
