The Mavs ran the SAME play about the last 20 possesions of the game, and that was a high screen with Dirk setting for Harris.
The Spurs were switching every time and this was killing the Spurs, because Dallas was getting a mismatch with with Tony/Van X guarding Dirk.
But late in the game during the Spurs come-back, Pop put Barry, a bigger guard, on Harris. So when the switch came there was more size on Dirk, and not so much of a huge mismatch.
This seemed to work IMO
