I thought the spurs played well enough in game 3 to beat almost anyone else. The mavs got lucky and found a way to win it.

Lets try and get past Dallas first. I think most people agree that if the Spurs meet the Pistons in the Finals it is anybodys game.

The Spurs' chance of beating the Pistons is not quantitatively zero.

i want them to win it all but i doubt they will. the mavs will most likely win this series in 7 games and go on and lose to the pistons. im not saying thats whats gonna happen im just saying the pistons are the better team. they play better defense and dont allow as many layups and they are a much better rebounding team then the spurs.

Injuries change series. Tony Parker's injuries have me particularly intrigued. Is POP just trying to protect Tony or is Tony really bothered the quad? Anyone have any info?

no the mavs are just a better team. great teams find ways to win. if you guys were the bobcats i would say you got lucky but thats just not true. why wont you just join the rest of the mavs fans and be a troll? stop being so nice. :lol

Soak it up Mav Fans. Dallas may be up for now, but guaranteed we are not going to get another 3hr snoozer of watching Dirk shoot 50 free throws. I was in American Airlines Arena on Saturday and as the Spurs ralled in the 4th qtr I was certain the NBA Champs were going to win because that what champions do. Even as I watched the final seconds as Duncan fouls out, Dirk and Stack go to the line I was confident that the Spur would win. As the seconds evaporated and the hesitant Mav fans exploded, I was not disappointed. The Mavs may have lucked out and won the game, but they did not beat the 3-Time NBA Champion Spurs!

Um, yes they did. 104-103 was the score. You may have heard.

Soak it up Mave Fans. Dallas may be up 2-1 in th series, but by no stretch of the imagination did the Mav beat the 3-Time NBA Champions on Saturday. I doubt we will see another 3hr game snoozer of Dirk shooting 50 free throws. Maybe the Mavs have reason to be a bit more confident than years past, after all they have a Spur leading them.

umm the pistons trailed in 2 series last year before making it into the finals. the playoffs are a 7 game series and theres a reason for that. if the spurs get passed the mavs then its going to show a true heart of a champion and this might be the thing we need.
