The Yankees get more breaks to pull wins out of losses than any team. That wild pitch to bring in the series winning run only happens to NY, but you have to give the Yankees credit, they are the best come from behind team in history. They have so many players than can and do go yard, it is amazing that they ever lose at all. Props to the Twins, they gave NY all they could handle. Santana is a great great pitcher, but he was gassed after pitching only 3 days ago. The Yankees make every pitcher work so hard to get them out of innings, the pitchers just wear out. I do not know if I have seen so many foul balls as I saw NY hit to stay alive, and make the pitchers work as I have seen today.

WTF are you talking about Jim? Santana pitched great the first five innings he was in...the Yankees got 1 run. But he got pulled in the fifth by the manager which was a stupid move. Santana even said he felt great...and could have gone more.

Duff, I just watched the interview. Santana just had a very long inning, and when he went to dugout, he told the manager that he needed to start warming up someone because he was not sure he could go more than one more inning, but that told the manager that he was saying that he was spent....so he pulled him. It was the right decision, but it worked out badly,

I give them credit coming back
but that payroll they should come back
that lineup has power to score runs

they have to
not on of their starters had 15 wins this season

that is why the yankees have ruined baseball
once in 20 years a team like the marlins will win
but the yankees have won the most world series lately and 99% of that has to do with payroll
