Okay even though we are losing this series 3-1 right now the positive in this situation is that we had a chance to win both games 3 and 4 but came up just short despite our own dumb mistakes down the stretch the to say the least questionable calls the refs have been callin the inconsistant play from tony and manu and the overachievment of devin harris. I will say this again in game 5 something will have to give

I'd like to think after the display the Mavs aren't going to get any calls the rest of the series, but I thought that after game 3 too... :depressed

Even if Spurs win Game 5, it's going to be hard to win Game 6 on the road. Mavs have all the confidence in the world right now and Spurs defense is not showing up.

"Mavs have confidence" ...

They won a one-point game three thanks to Dirk's Amazing Parade.
They won game four in OT because of ... Dirk's Amazing FT Parade.

If the Spurs can make any sort of statement on Wednesday that confidence will evaporate. This is NOT a battle-tested team.

I think we'll win Game 5, but if we do, we're going to run into the same problems with the officials in Game 6--lots of ticky-tack fouls that kill our momentum when we're starting to make a run, treating Nowitzki like he's a freaking Faberge egg, the whole Game 3/4 thing all over again.

Look at it this way. If not for a few horrible calls, we'd be up 3-1. Not complaining about officiating but my statement is a fact.

Yes. Yes, it is.

Look! A unicorn!

Why don't you take a ride on this mythical animal and the two of you can talk about how San Antonio should be up 3-1? Say hi to Bigfoot if you run into him.

Agree..But if the Spurs had not have got that stupid, uncalled for technical foul for delay of game, we would have been up one at the end of regulation.

Oh, and let's not forget that horrible inbound pass that went out of bounds.

Two glaring mistakes cost us this game.

Either the defense starts coming to play, or all of this is irrelevant. It's that simple.

lol, what bright side? I see, the only bright side is: Spurs is the second most powerful NBA team in Texas, hahahahaha

Trust me, there is NO bright side for San Antonio. They played their best basketball of the season in the last 2 games and they still got owned.

Expect a blowout win for Dallas in game 5 (again).

I think Dallas is simply confident. That fear of the spurs seems to have dissappeared. This probably comes as a surprise to SA as well. Maybe SA should take the mavs more seriously, before it's too late.

I don't think Mavs and Mav fans alike should be confident until the Spurs are dead. The series ain't over yet.

I'm sure Laker fans this year were feeling pretty good after game 4 also.

They shouldnt be too confidant because these last two games went down to the wire and could have easily gone either way... you guys have the 3-1 lead but not really the momentum... winning one more gAME ISNT goin to be easy

I agree. I expect to see SA bring that BIG GIGANTIC POUNDING HEART of theirs to the court for game 5. I'll be watching with my eyes closed.

Tim has been aboslutely brilliant in this series. He has reaffirmed his status as an elite player in this league. He's done so on a national stage and his performance has been the true bright spot in an otherwise dismal playoff series.
