Looking for a job in Web Development?

This has nothing to do with SpursTalk, but I'm helping someone find a web developer. It's maintenance and development of a big corporation's site. It would be working from their offices. It's a template based site but requires knowledge of html, etc.

It's a fulltime position. It may start out on an independent contractor basis but then would go salaried.

Seems to me that it would be helpful to know more about what skills are necessary, HTML, PHP, SQL, Graphics, CSS, Java Script?
