There was definitely contact, but this is the NBA. Inside the last couple of seconds, you pretty much have to tackle somebody or throw a punch before you're called for a foul.

That's the way it's always been, and I'd be saying the same thing if that was Duncan getting fouled. If you want the win at the very end, find a way to get it in the hoop.
