My favorite part was how Dirk and Stack started to joke about his celebration afterwards and Fin looked at Dirk and was like "Man just play." Like we ain't friends in this shit save it for after the series. That was the type of attitude that I've been waiting for from these guys and Fin gave to me.

After dunking on the entire city of Dallas in game 4, he did it again in game 5! Beautiful stuff.

Man, if he played like that last year, the Mavs would have kept him around. He is averaging only 4 less points and 1 less board in 10 minutes less per game. He is making a difference for the Spurs. It's frustrating.

If he had done this a bit more often when he was here in Dallas, he might still be playing for the team and town he loves.

dunk was sick... he had a nice one the other game too... and I honestly can't recall him dunking with that kinda ferocity in any game this season... hell, I can't even remember him having a dunk at all. His shooting has been excellent for us on most occasions and I'm glad he's on our team :hat

Why don't you just enjoy the moment?

The moment's over. We won by one fricking point. Essentially the same games as last one. We can't keep guys out of the lane, have no help defenders to cover up their mistakes. We get outrebounded again. AND we were at home. AND TD got more than his fair share of ticky tack calls.

Don't forget the dunk he had over Yao Ming and Travis Outlaw (is that name right? the guy from Portland).

These two were better cause they were in the playoffs and he blew by Dirk both times.

But we fucking won. We live to play another day. If as a fan you can't enjoy a win less than two hours after it happened, you should just not watch. Why do that to yourself if it causes you so much grief?

Nah thats cool, I rather win it fair and square.
Like the game was tonight.
The players decided who won the game and fortune fell on the spurs lap.
I dont think people understand how lucky we are to have a game 6 since dirk could of easily tipped back in the ball.
But...
That didnt happen, Im sure NBA fans are glad to see that this series will continue. This creates interest all around, and the same goes for the Pistons since they're also in a tough spot.
You can never deny the heart of a champion.
Friday's game no matter the outcome, is gonna be a hell of a game.
Lets get game 6 spurs fans!!

I stood in front of my seat for 5 minutes with my hands on my head ala Game 5 of 03 against the Lakers.

This game was IDENTICAL to that.

Too bad the Spurs can't be finishing them off in 6 like they should be.

That's saying a lot, two average centers and KVH coming off an injury. You're right, that ranks right up there with making Duncan look like Shawn Bradley :lol

eh, there's a difference. TD was rotating over and wasn't even there by the time Stackhouse had elevated.

Dampier was in the middle of the lane and had plenty of time to see Finley coming.

Not even the same.

Another stupid Mavs fan.

There's another difference, Duncan is one of the best players in the NBA while Dampier is a joke who was benched for Diop. Duncan should make the play, Dampier is supposed to be posterized, that is what he does.

No he wasn't. The ball was through the rim by the time TD had moved from outside the lane in. That's not getting "posterized". Duncan was not between him and the rim like Dampier was with Finley. Duncan wasn't even there by the time Stackhouse had beaten his man and was at the rim.

Welcome to basketball. Geez.
