Trolls, simply trolls who don't understand the game. Those "so called fans" are only bandwagon fans. They simply do not understand this game. It appears that the Mavericks will soon earn the right to take the reign of "NBA's most underachievers"; taking that title from the Minnesota Timberwolves.

I hope you guys are happy with the way you won this game.

Everyone here was jumping for joy when Terry got suspended for a so called "punch" to Finley. That was a punch?? It was more of a very weak jabbing motion to get Finley off after having 2 guys fall on top of him. If you watch the video you will see that basically all that happened was that Terry got his closed hand caught up in Finley's shorts. It wasn't much of a "punch" at all. To be suspended for that was ridiculous. Below is the best video angle I've seen so far and it proves my point:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=4veKEhpjb1c&search=jason%20terry

All I know is, if it were the other way around then I wouldn't want us to beat the Spurs by having one of your better players suspended. I would want to win by beating the best the opponent has to offer - without any excuses. But all of San Antonio was thrilled to find out the Mavs would be playing less than full strength due to the NBA analyzing 20 different camera angles to find a weak jab (in which, as you see in the video, the ref was standing right there but saw no reason to call a foul). As have already been pointed out in various threads, there have been other players that committed worse acts but they only got fined.

And we got all of... 3 FT attempts in the 2nd half? Isn't that close to a record for the fewest attempts in a half?? Doesn't all teams at home tend to get at least a few FT attempts? Certainly more than 3 in a half! Unbelievable.

Uh, yes, you guy got a lot to be proud of...

Let's see, Terry closes his fist, looks up and throws it at Finley. That's a suspension. I know if the situation was reversed I'd be pissed as hell at the Spur who did that. There's no excuse. It's in the rulebook. If you don't like it, change the rules or maybe ask Marky Mark for players who can compose themselves when it's winning time. Seriously. Why can't fans make that connection? Yeah, Terry's suspension hurt the Mavs in Game 6. Whose fault was that? Terry's.

1. Closed fist = suspension. End of story. I'd rather of had Terry playing game 6 because Cuban and fans would make up excuses had they lost. Thanks for proving my point.

2. You guys didn't drive to the rim like you did in the 1st half. When things got tight, the Mavs settled for jump shots. Plus, the Spurs picked up their D when it mattered.

3. Counting on refs to give you some calls? See game 2 and 3. Those games were an aberration. Don't get used to it.

Series is far from over. The last four games could have gone either way. Spurs aren't exactly dominating right now. Mavs, like the Spurs, are still in this series.
