Can someone explain to me why neither Spurs-Mavs or Clips-Suns is being televised? Sky is showing infomercials, NASN is showing the Yankees-Red Sox game, and Channel 5 is showing motherf...... HOCKEY!

I fail to understand the reasoning behind this. If anyone has an explanation I'd love to hear it. Please.

LOL...they must be taking programming lessons from the NBA... Stern hates the SPurs. Little market value.

Because one can only take so much rugby and "football" (soccer). Seriously though that sucks you got shafted Gene. If it's any consolation I'll be listening to the game from a portable stereo at work which gets horrible reception.

The three channels I mentioned televise US sports late at night (primetime in the US). I can halfway understand the Yankees-Red Sox, but HOCKEY?!? Here is the clincher. NASN (North American Sports Network), for which I pay the equivalent of U$S30 per month to receive, for the past few nights has been transmitting CHL games. That's right, the CANADIAN MOTHERF...... HOCKEY LEAGUE!!!! Don't get me wrong, I'm not putting down hockey here.... OK, so maybe I am. ONE OF THE BEST NBA POSTSEASONS IN RECENT MEMORY AND WHERE IS IT???! I had to watch game 6 on Saturday morning on a tape delay.

Anyway, looks like an exciting night of sitting in front of my laptop with the NBA.com Flash window up.

TNT is what I'd like to place under the bed of the TV executive that came up with the programming.

But, no, we don't get TNT here... which is a pity cuz I love Charles Barkley.

you can get the rest of the playoffs pretty cheap on nba audio. i think it's under 10 bucks and you can choose home/away announcers.

I would think that would be your best bet, just stream the audio from NBA.com, it really isnt that expensive

well I'll be doing my familiar game play by play in the game chat. :fro

I'll try to make it more descriptive of what is actually happening on the court - with less "oh my god" 's "yesssss!!" and "holy shit" 's. :lol
