I wanted the Spurs to win but it's over. There's plenty more basketball to be played and I'll still be watching the rest of the playoffs. Since I love going for underdogs I'll be rooting for Phoenix the rest of the way (if they take care of business in Game 7 tonight).

I'll be following the rest of the playoffs out of the corner of my eye, and will probably tune in to the Finals, especially if it's Pistons-Mavs, to see how that plays out.

But I'll be going on vacation, lose some weight for when I go back to Brazil this fall to visit friends, and cheering Brazil on to win their sixth World Cup.

i just finished watching the 4th qtr. on the spurs championship 05 dvd and it made me sad even more because i knew it wasnt gonna happen again this year, but at the same time, I couldnt wait more until the season starts up again. Fuck I don't know. We spend at least 1/7th of our evenings each year at Spurs games, 1/7th of them watching Spurs games, and that's not including watching other teams or going out of town for games. When the off-season comes we have so much extra time we don't know what to do with ourselves!

Manu never dunked it this whole Playoff Season.. Not enough lift/ confidence in that dimension of his game.

I hope Manu uses this "I coulda done more/done this" to fuel his fire in the off season and elevates his game coming into the 06-07 season. His drive/will should be enough to make him prepare, and adjust his reckless style to be less injury ridden and seek vengeance on the League...

DITTO! I'd been playing the season & playoffs on NBA Live 06 diligently - even the semifinals had the correct teams. I quit playing when Dallas was up 2-1, for fear of jinxing. I'd planned to play it accurately through the finals...but now I'm going to stomp the Mavs in my game and win the title!! lol

Also going back to my hometown for a wedding on June 3 and to Phoenix on June 8 for a couple concerts.
