View Full Version : The Spurs lost this in Game 1

For some reason they didn't show up in this series until game 3. The way the Mavs trounced San Antonio in game 2 forced Popovich to alter his strategy in a way that was not comfortable for the Spurs in my opinion. I'm not sure why San Antonio was so bad in game 2, but that is what caused the series to be lost in my opinion.

Problem is SA shouldnt have let themselves get down 1-3,even though you came back you made things too hard on yourself much like the pistons did last year in the finals.People will say that that horry shot in 5 is what cost the pistons but I actually think it was our flat performance in game 2 which was a must have

3rd playoff game in 5 days.

Spurs had nothing left, they gave it all to win Game 1.

Oh, and I believe Nazr played his longest stretch in the whole series...
