I was just thinking that Ostertag could be expendable at Utah. He may be an affordable addition at center. He can rebound some. Utah has been looking for a SG the whole season till they were desperate enough to try Kirilenko at SG. why not trade Barry over to them?

You could offer him the vet minimum and a new kidney.

Nobody would want to see his white fat backwoods ass in SA. He would make Rasho look like a genius at center.

Christ, nobody liked Rasho and Rasho is twice the center that Ostertag is.

I think Ostertag would probably be expendable pretty much anywhere.

Are there any quality centers left in this league that ARN'T locked up?

Not many quality centers out there at all. Not enough supply for the demand.

The premise of this thread is trading Barry for Ostertag??

Ostertag announced his retirement.

And come on -- you have to think a little more highly of Barry than this.

I'm going to close this thread, just on the fact that he's retired.
