I know what you mean. The part of the family that lives in San Pedro have a huge home but I feel a lot more comfortable visiting the family in Juarez, Nuevo Leon right next to Guadalupe. It's a lot more relaxing...
Now the night life in Monterrey is awesome. They have a lot of places you can choose from. We usually go to "El Barrio Antiguo"

My favorite architectural element in the home is that the game room, wine cellar (though I'm not into drinking) and the raquetball court were below the swimming pool...

The swimming pool has built in 'skylights' that illuminate the room below.... it's pretty neat actually...

my cousin Nora and her husband have a house around Monterrey. they have invited us a couple of times but we can't make it half of the time. but their house in Corpus is really nice.

Ok Vash, what the hell are you shooting with? I'm jealous. I was in Key Largo over Memorial Day and broke out my old Nikonos V (bought 10 years ago and never ran a roll through it underwater), and at 20-30 fsw I had bluish tint, but passable pics considering I had to shoot an f-stop 2.5 (No Speedlight rig for me), although a bunch of big-assed 'cuda (I swear those things were as big around as a phone pole) and nurse sharks were really dark and we had bluebird skies. On the day I dove the Spiegel, a guy on the trip gave me a practically new Nikonos IV-A and a Subsea MK 30-III! Said he never could get the focus right and just didn't want them any more. But when I got to 120'-130' everything turned out real dark. Guess I need to focus on things within 3 feet or so for the flash to have any impact?
