Pacers: O'Neal sits with sore foot

Pacers power forward Jermaine O'Neal did not play in Monday's exhibition game due to a sore left foot. "Jermaine's foot has been doing a little better every day, but we're not going to take any chances," head coach Rick Carlisle told the Indianapolis Star. "Hopefully next Saturday at Memphis, he'll be ready to go. But it really hasn't affected him at practice. We just want to make sure we're doing what we should be doing."
