He's a good shooter and rebounder (seasons of 7 and 8 per game), and has a mean streak. Unfortunately, I've wanted him in SA for a long time, a VERY long time. He's 30, and I remember thinking he'd be a good replacement...for Sean Elliott. :lol

Got a bit of the china doll syndrome, though not because he plays soft.

Harpring is a nice role player, but I can't see him as the answer to the Spurs primary needs.

I've always liked his hustle and toughness. Even tough he misses some games every season he's a good role player. We would have to trade Barry in order to get him since we have enough swing players and I would not be ready to do that. Barry is more valuable to the Spurs then Harpring would be.
