Some guys on this board want a player like Malik Rose, Chuck Hayes, Reggie Evans to play with Duncan that is to say a good rebounding PF who plays some D.

There are tons of players like that in Europe. They aren't drafted because they are undersized. The best example is Udonis Haslem who was a 16pts/9rbds player in France before playing with Miami.

American players are way cheaper than euros because a team can only have a limited number of americans players. The minimum salary should be enough to get him.

I don't know each league and each player in Europe but an example of the kind of player we can target is Jack Michael Martinez (He is dominican but it's like being American towards quotas) who is 24 years old, 6'8" and average 14.7 pts/12.5rbds in Italy.
