Palm Beach Post (scroll down): " Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said he wants star forward Dirk Nowitzki to be a Maverick 'forever.' Nowitzki, who will be 28 on June 19, can opt out of his contract in the summer of 2007."

Dirk has said before that he wants to play out his career in Dallas. Though Nash said that as well, and he ditched us for more money. :lol
